Strongly thinking about adding noodly "hair" in addition to the thicker head tendrils.

This species is called #Karyta. They are aquatic and extra fun to draw.

I tested a brush for sketching in Procreate and then.. accidentally shaded it :') The alien species is called #Karyta. They're bioluminescent, which means they can glow in the dark. [ #art #alien #monster #DarkArt ]

When they first discovered that another species existed on their planet, #Karyta and #Arka became enemies very quickly. They are opposites in many ways, but the finger-gap is one small (useless) thing they have in common. They also share the stripes - in light and dark.

1 more species is extinct, the #Srella, known as "the old ones", whose legacy is used as a common ground (e.g. the simplified version of their language, standards for time & distances, & technology).

But especially in more international areas (and I mean international in terms of "open for alien guests and trade"), #Karyta & #Arka live and work side by side with little to no hassle.
