#Kape #Skateboards is a small producer of #skateboard decks in #Austria. You can't say that they are a #woodshop, because the #decks are entirely made of recycled plastic, a foam core, & fiberglass. The little #Skateboard company #KapeSkateboards [1] from #Linz, #Austria just released their first "Vanguard" deck. It is fully produced from #oceanplastic and #glassfiber. They produce the deck inhouse in Linz. It took them 5 years and about 1000 prototypes to develop it.

Die Decks von #KapeSkateboards werden voraussichtlich vom Aussehen wie die klassischen #Popsicle Boards sein, in verschiedenen Breiten. Das Photo bei #Futurezone zeigt jedenfalls kein #Kape deck.
Technologisch sind die neuen Kape Decks sehr vielversprechend. Wenn sie sich auch noch genauso oder besser als übliche Bretter skaten lassen, dann ist alles paletti!
