I rolled my eyes that he's still so stubborn: "I believe my record deserves another four years!"
but my heart swelled when he got to the "not personal ambition" part.
I felt proud.I was surprised that he didn't use the opportunity to talk up Kamala more, but I respect that he was making it about THE MOMENT, not about himself, not about her.

I got busy, so I didn’t get to tell you that I was able to listen to #Kamala ‘s first OFFICIAL campaign rally LIVE! It was a more polished version of her speech yesterday, but to a MUCH BIGGER AUDIENCE!
I think she’s gonna make it part of her regular speech to have a Biden Appreciation bit… and it made me cry in public again!Kamala led a chant of “WE’RE NOT GOING BACK!” and the audience ATE! IT!! UP!!!
