أصدر مشروع Julia النسخة 1.13 من لغته البرمجية، مركزاً على تقليل زمن الاستجابة، حيث أصبح تجميع الحزم أسرع بنسبة 30% وبدء التشغيل أسرع بنسبة 20%. كما تم تحسين جامع القمامة لتقليل زمن جمعه بشكل كبير، بالإضافة إلى إضافة ميزات مريحة للمطورين مثل ماكرو @__FUNCTION__ الجديد وخوارزمية تجزئة أسرع، وأداة juliac.jl لتحسين حجم الملفات الثنائية.
