“Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles…unless…no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle.”
I’ve seen the video. That murdering nazi could have stepped backward if he thought he was gonna get hit.
