I'm on #meshcore now. The distributed off-grid communication system that will work when everything else is down, so we can organize #mutualaid / #mutualcare when it's needed. It seems to be booming in the Netherlands right now.

Nope: the #justcollapse-movement is the next incarnation of the #climatejustice-struggle, because the more climate catastrophe, the more climate injustice, which #SoliPrepping inter alia seeks to reduce.

#talkcollapse: many comrades have suggested I read Octavia Butler's "Parable of the Sower", telling me that it resonates with much of what I've been talking about.
And OMG: in the early 1990s, she *perfectly* describes the #Verdrängungsgesellschaft, she even predicts Trump.
It's an absolute must read for anyone in the #justcollapse community, but I suspect you've all already read it. I know, tardy to the party...
Anyway: the degree to which she understands the psychology of a society in simultaneous collapse and denial is mindboggling...

Noch gibt es keine #JustCollapse-Bewegung hierzulande, wir sind erst am Anfang. Ich nenne das, was wir bisher haben, den Kollaps-Space.
Aber spätestens August 2025 soll sich das ändern, beim #Kollapscamp: solidarisch und handlungsfähig in der Katastrophe.

A jak sprawić, by sprawy ruszyły z miejsca? Z nowym cyklem walk, z nowymi praktykami ruchu, które poważnie traktują fakt, że globalne katastrofy społeczno-ekologiczne (nie tylko klimatyczne, ale także bioróżnorodność itp.) idą w parze z ogromnym wzrostem zagrożenia faszyzmem, a jak dotąd to głównie prawica zinstrumentalizowała obawy o przyszłość i upadek i przekształciła je w ruchy polityczne dla swojego projektu.

Just collapse is anti-fascist.
Even if thoughts of collapse often seem overwhelming and discouraging: remember, you are not alone on the way to collapse acceptance. There are already groups, such as the Klima Kollaps Cafe, that deal with the psychological and emotional effects of the collapse.
We must also start forming solidary and resilient communities that support each other with skill, knowledge and resource sharing. So: Network and form gangs!
