A friend told me about #JuryDuty #JuryDutyTVShow #JuryDutyFreevee #JuryDutyOnFreevee on Amazon Prime a while ago, and we finally got to watch it the other night. And by that, I mean we ended up watching all eight episodes in one sitting. They're a little more than 30 minutes each, so it wasn't too bad, but that was absolutely not the plan. /1

and James Marsden is fearless and hilarious as the self-involved actor desperately trying to recruit normals to flatter him amongst the jury pool. it’s a risky role for him to take and he’s having so much fun with it and it pays off. Emmy for James. #JuryDutyonFreevee

also: i kept thinking — what kind of production bonus do they need to give Ronald in the end to make up for the ethics of pulling this size of a prank on him on national TV? and i decided on exactly what they awarded him as his prize #JuryDutyonFreevee

Watched the first 4 episodes of #JuryDutyOnFreevee (similar to the old Joe Schmo, only 1 guy is NOT an actor & doesn’t know it isn’t real). Pretty funny overall, in a ridiculous way.

A few odd things about #JuryDuty — actors NEVER break character & even do confessionals in character when the guy isn’t around. It would be fun to hear from them AS themselves.

Also, Freevee is a STREAMING service. They don’t have to remind us of the premise or what happened in prior episodes!
