Closing in on the 4,000 kilometers for 2026, next week should deal the final blow to this #Running milestone (kilometerstone?). Even before 3:30 AM, it‘s 20+ degrees Celsius out there. #Running done, #JumpRope done. It's hot, even though I was out early, the heat was there, keeping me down at a lower pace. But even trying to go higher would have constituted a folly, so I just kept trodding on leisurely. My #apex4 is now under 5% battery, so I guess, I’ll need to charge it later today. The last time was on Wednesday, the week before the week ending today. #coros

After temperatures have risen sharply here in Germany, I cut short my night‘s sleeptime and went for an early run to avoid the blazing 30+ degrees C expected for today… And it was a good decision, since even that way I was sweating profusely. Afterwards, I managed to get my 2,100+ jumps in – but it was the first time this week (my back is not in cooperative mode right now). #Running #Coros #Apex4 #JumpRope
