Per això és un remei per desequilibris del cicle menstrual, ajudar a portar millor l'adaptació a un nou equilibri hormonal durant la perimenopausa, casos d'hipotiroïdisme (en que predominança d'estrògens i dèficit de progesterona solen ser un factor clau) i en algunes migranyes entre d'altres.

How many people here go looking for chestnuts/marrons/castaniens in the autumn? In the UK, Sheffield, there don't seem to be too many. A tree that had absolutely loads in 2023 is barren this year. I have only managed to find two pocketfuls. There is a black walnuts though that is having an absolute mast year. #chestnut #castana #marrons #juglans #juglansnigra #sheffield #autumn #nuts #uk

Régulièrement, j'enterre un peu n'importe quelles graines aux endroits où je voudrais voir des haies. Là, surprise, mécékoi ? Un bébé #noyer cendré !
Les noix viennent de #Hirvepark (le parc aux cerfs) de Tallinn https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parc_aux_cerfs_(Tallinn) on y trouve beaucoup d'arbres exotiques comme des hêtres ou des robiniers.
