My yoga teacher, Scottee of the Wonkee Club, just released a series of like 5 min subtle yoga flows in our clubhouse.
Friends they're so lovely. Just a few minutes reminder to move around a little, check in with myself, regulate.
Love it.
I love love love that his approach is very much that yoga does not need to be a whole big thing. That's very much what I need from my joyful movement.
