Letzten Sommer hab ich mir ein Ticket für Sascha Grammel gekauft. Dachte mir, ich bräuchte eine Aufmunterung. Little did I know! Umso perfekter, dass die Show heute ist, ein halbes Jahr später, wo ich wirklich dringend jede Aufmunterung vertragen kann. Und Reihe 4 ist schon echt nice 😍 Ich freu mich auf einen Abend mit Frederic, Josie und all den anderen. 😊

#陳子聰 經歷一場血管撕裂致嚴重內出血，幸大步檻過後，花了年多時間休養康復，近便常跟老婆出席公開場合。
今日夫婦連同他們力捧的靚仔醫生Iman，以「風塵三俠」自居，一起出席品牌活動，一個康復中但唔多聽話戒口的子聰，在老婆 #何超儀( #Josie)連番篤爆下，全程笑料百出，一個哦，一個擋，樂趣嚟嘅！。
子聰談到健康狀況，他說努力做運動及控制飲食，「雖然有啲人話我冇控制 (望望身旁老婆)，但我有嘅，最緊要飲食平衡。西醫冇叫我戒口，但中醫就有，叫我唔好食太油膩嘅嘢。」話口未完，何超儀同Iman提他要戒口。
子聰否認好為食，但老婆即說︰「唔為食？你自己講！」他惟有招供︰「其實我鍾意食牛排，醫生叫我唔好食咁多A4、 A5牛肉啫！(何︰你食咗啦！)」至於零食，他起初說︰「我冇食零食習慣。」超儀反應大︰「咩話！朱古力唔係零食咩。」

一連兩場由入行40年的音樂人 #劉以達 首次自資舉辦的《劉以達「尋根」作品展音樂會》昨晚（23日）於旺角麥花臣場館舉行首場演出。
昨晚 找來3位樂壇女唱作人，包括Wendyz Zheng(#鄭嘉嘉)、dorothy(#劉君冬)和Lydia Pau(#包仲欣)等，一起演繹他音樂生涯裡的輝煌作品。而剛出席完《第77屆英國電影學院獎》的 #何超儀( #Josie Ho)，於當地拍戲期間弄傷小腿骨裂，仍負傷出席老友的作品展。她在台上稱，與劉以達認識逾30年，加上一直欣賞對方的作曲才華期望合作，故即使負傷亦必須出席音樂會撐老友。

Josie and Melody were created by Dan DeCarlo in February, 1963--almost exactly 60 years ago! The Pussycats came later in 1969: the band and Valerie debuted in Josie & The Pussycats #45. Today they would be veteran Legends of Rock!

Josie And The Pussycats was first created by Dan DeCarlo and published by Archie in February, 1963. That means in a little over two months they will be 60 year old rock queens!
The sketch cover I just finished below will be auctioned for charity. I'll post it when the charity puts it up on eBay!
