@orbitalmayo @Gjoel #wilwheaton does an excellent job of narrating audiobooks - my personal favorites are #ReadyPlayerOne and Two by #ErnestCline as well as Redshirts and The Kaiju Preservation Society by #johnscalzi. He really brings these books to life.

Example of masterfully written awkward moments:In Starter Villain (by John Scalzi), there's a scene at the beginning where the MC tries to get a bank loan, which gets more and more awkward until they're talking about the wedding gift sent by his rich uncle . . .
Scalzi is the master of snarky dialogue, but this is less snarky and more, well, awkward. Intentionally so.

Just started on the third and last book in #TheInterdependency trilogy by #JohnScalzi, also known for books like #Redshirts (yes, #trekkies) and #OldMansWar. It's an excellent #scifi story about the end of the known universe, deliciously read be a swearing #WilWheaton.
