The #Starrigger series by #JohnDeChancie is one of my favorite reads, three books, that's it. The time premise is that a paradox is observed but the characters have to live through the story in real time. Also there's a highway that connects all of space time and you have to drive in it. Really a creative and complete time travel adventure!

Just a few weeks ago and by pure chancie I discovered the #Skyway trilogy written by #JohnDeChancie in the 1980s and am now well into the last book. Definitely one of the most imaginative #TimeTravel #SpaceOperas with a few funny takes on #linguistics I've read so far.

This is a damn good #SciFi series by #JohnDeChancie that I never see folks talk about. Okay so it sounds weird; humans get off planet and discover that some earlier race has used their own tech to make jumps from civilization to civilization possible. It's gravity based so jump points need distance == a highway system and vehicles that maintain contact with the road surface == cars and trucks to travel the stars. Maps are important, people disagree with each other and who are the builders?
