Silver Surfer #4 (Feb. 1969) by #StanLee, #JohnBuscema, #SalBuscema.
Loki schemes to lure #SilverSurfer to defeat his brother #Thor. He convinces the Surfer that Thor is a tyrant threatening Asgard. In exchange for his help, Loki promises to free the Surfer from his exile on Earth.
This is the first meeting between Silver Surfer and Thor. Well written, besides battling at the same time, both Surfer and Thor reason about the battle; that doesn't seem to make much sense to them.

The late Big John's epic art. They don't do it like this anymore. Ok, there is a guy imitating his style over at Titan Comics for new Conan issues, but the superhero stuff lost it.

I would never put #NormanNodel in a class with #JohnRomita, #GeneColan or #JohnBuscema, but I would put this story up against anything they did for Marvel romance comics in this era.
