I've just received the certificates for all the joggling competitions I ran at the European Juggling Convention 2026.
The times are embarrassing 🫣. Keep in mind that a young and fast woman can run the 3 ball 100m in about 18s.
I am in the top 3 of my category only because simply there aren't more women in the master category 😂

Road race: 3 loops around #Ptuj Gavni Square (1 mile total) on uneven cobblestone with an uphill and downhill section.
All I can say is that I survived 😂. I walked a couple of times when going uphill because I didn't train my endurance enough.
In any case I completed the race 💪🏃♀️🤹♀️!
This is our last day in #Slovenia. Tomorrow we start our trip back home with a lot of good memories ❤️

This is me and Carly at the start of our 3 clubs-100m sprint.
The only 2 women over 40 attempting it.I had a bad start on this one and my clubs fell shortly after the picture being taken. That's my only drop. Not that I had any chance to win this, Carly is very fast!

Today I took part in the #joggling sprint finals.
As there are only 4 women participating in the over-40 category, we all passed the qualification rounds. And I outdid myself in the 3 balls 100 m sprint finals. Carly 🇺🇸 was fast and came in 1st, as expected. However Ruth 🇩🇪, who runs faster than me, dropped her balls several times. I didn't drop them once, so I finished 2nd before Ruth.
More pics later.

A #joggling WhatsApp community with different groups has been created.
So today I got to read the first message from Scott, one of the 100m 7-balls finalist in 2025.
Yeah, you read that right. This guy juggles seven balls while running fast 🫨🤹♀️
People like him come from another planet, if you ask me.
The skills allowing them such prowess are simply unbelievable. Coordination, speed and reflexes must be top notch. -
There's one thing Slovenian #EJC organizers are nailing: communication.
For #joggling this year they encourage contestants to pre-register, whether it is for the track field single and relay competitions, or the city 5k.
A guide has been uploaded on the website, explaining the rules, the events and previous records.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/154fiD7jKlEePCY-pO9fOLAU0erF3ytRH/view?usp=sharingThere's even a newbie event on the 1st day, welcoming anyone who'd like to try ♥️

I went out #joggling but unfortunately I failed to record on the #FitoTrack app. After a correctly recorded #running warm-up, I set the app to start recording my joggling when I move. So it never started 😅.
Then I reconfigured it with a 5s delay but again it didn't record. This is my session:
🏃♀️11' warm-up at 7'19s/km
🤹♀️ 26' at unknown pace or distance w/ 50 ball drops
🤹♀️ 1,6 km in 14' w/ 20 ball drops.Weather: 11°C ☀️ 🌬️ 20 km/h
