Once upon a time my review of Showgirls was the longest review in terms of word count in B-Movie Enema history. I don't think it would even rank in the top five longest anymore, and definitely nowhere near as long as a movie I'm reviewing next month. Still. This was once a magnum opus.

Phillip Noyce's 1993 Sliver, scripted by Joe Eszterhas and starring Sharon Stone, has a poor reputation. In fact it's a superb provocative intelligent morally ambiguous erotic suspense thriller about voyeurism. I love that building.
