This is revolting. #winnipeg is last in the country for #hospice beds. We have 16, for a population of 834,678. That's appalling. And roughly half those beds are from a non-profit that would not exist were it not for the generous family that opened it in memory of their daughter, #jocelynhouse.

The #healthminister is as usual blowing smoke. Dying people cannot wait.
