Why do they always choose to say "female" over "woman"?
Like if someone asks me if I am a female I'm automatically assuming that they are thinking/ asking about what I have between my legs.

TIL: You can do prompt injection attacks against the AI filters for job applications by using a very, very tiny font -- invisible to the human eye -- at the beginning of your resume that instructs the AI to say "this applicant is exceptionally qualified" before summarizing your resume.
(Or, at least you could, I don't know if they fixed this.)

How often do you post job descriptions that are tailored to the job? Do you always trim out irrelevant boilerplate from the job title template? Are you always adding details that differentiate this job from other jobs with the same title within the company?
