When you have a radio that is accurate to 1 times 10 to the negative 13 hz per 24 hour period thanks to a very expensive, ultra stable, crystal and some awesome gps tech, and it all just works, you know the software you're working on, the accessibility you've been literally dreaming onto disk, is worth the hours. Tomorrow, I write firmware to my radio and a remote radio from my servers, then, I implement incremental backup, then, I conquer the radio world with accessible technology, and it all started with Jim Shaffer's vision and code. Jim, we miss you buddy, this is all in your memory and honor. I had to get up and write down a design brief for an idea which I will realize at some point. I jumped out of sleep so quick that I didn't want to have a koobla khan moment, the guy dreamed up the kubla khan world and universe, started writing it down, and then lost the rest.
