#UTF-8 で書かれたテキストファイルをShift_JIS に変えたいのだけど、Notepad++でどのようにしたら良いのか分からなかった。「エンコード」の「文字セット」で「日本語 > Shift-JIS」を選ぶと日本語が文字化けしてしまう。
試しに「エンコード」の「文字セット」で「ANSI に変換」を選んだら文字化けせず、右下の文字コード表示も「ANSI」に変わった。もしかして…と検索して、今日、初めて知った。

#Windows のbatファイルをNotePad++で作成する際、最初はどうしてもデフォルトのUTF-8で保存してしまって、実行すると文字化けしてて、Shift_JIS で保存しなければいけなかったんだ…と直そうとしても方法が分からなくて、TeraPadの「文字/改行コード指定保存」を使っていたのだけど、NotePad++で「ANSI に変換」の後に保存すれば良かったのだな…と。

(このように論じていることから判るように、 #ASCII 配列にカナを追記したもので、 #JIS 配列における 'へ', 'む', 'ろ', 'け' が適切に処理されていない物に腹を立てているのである)

この †適切なカナ† という物が若干難しく、ロジカルペアリングである #JIS 配列の #キーボード であっても新JISか普通の #OADG 109Aなのか #親指シフト こと #NICOLA なのか (これをJIS配列と認めない解釈もあるが、快速親指シフトという解釈でお願いしたい)、という問題があり、さらには #ASCII 配列であれば チルダで 'ろ' を入力するのかLの2ヶ右のShift面で 'ろ' を入力する (思想が強すぎるAppleユーザ) のかという問題が‥‥

How much accuracy does one need to type in high WPM with the #JIS keyboard layout (with the tiny backspace key on the top-right)?

Despite assurances and claims by PSSI and JakPro that the Jakarta International Stadium meets FIFA requirements, it will undergo extensive renovations not including the ongoing construction of a nearby commuter line train station.

The pride and joy of former Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan has been beset with issues from lack of public access, having only a single stadium entrance, substandard access for teams, lack of public parking, to non standard pitch conditions.

The Rp4.5 trillion 82,000 capacity stadium in North Jakarta was originally built to be the home ground of Jakarta’s football team Persija but since the completion of the stadium in June 2022, the club has yet to play a single game there.

Among the least of its problems, the English language name of the stadium which violates the laws on naming public buildings and landmarks. Suggestions have been made to rename the stadium with an Indonesian name but it may be decided further down the road.
