try out swim shirts!!! if worse comes to worst just pretend you are not comfortable with wearing revealing swimsuits! it may raise questions but you may be able to pass off the "I feel too young to be wearing revealing swimsuits" or the classic "I don't like how my body is changing" stuffs! works well esp if u are going through puberty :3
