Finally time for the first #jimbogains post! This is intended to be the first of a series of posts over time to log my weight gain, an online blog of sorts to look back on.
The first 2 images below are direct drawovers of photos of me one month apart, from December 2024 and January 2025 respectively.
The third image (by 🎨 @RustyMiko) represents a goal to work towards.
I don't think I'll ever get that large, but I would be very happy with even 50% of the way there!STATS JAN 2025:
Weight: 88kg (194 pounds)
Height: 5'6 tall
Belly: 44' around
Waist: 34' around
Thighs: 23' around
Max bench press weight: Unknown
Very little exercise has been done at this point other than (lots) of walking in the past month for work, pushups sometimes, and curls with a 7kg dumbbell. More #dadbod than #bara, but we all gotta start somewhere. Consistent workouts and a gym membership is in my future soon! And more food. Definitely more food.
