Charles Spurgeon, particular Baptist preacher in London, writes on “The Conditions of Power in Prayer.” He says if you are unloving toward a brother or sister, even to the extent of one sharp word, that this can “bring a cloud upon you”.
Don’t think this is a “curse” we have to live in fear of, as much as a reality check against those who want special prayers to be answered, or claim a status w/ God as a Prayer Warrior.

He doesn’t call for lazy to get off the couch, nor gov’t to stop meddling. He lays shame on “civilization”. Is this allowed?
