#Jeremy #李駿傑 最新solo《Tie Me Now》，是他本人首次作曲，#逆流阿韜（To Lee）編曲，Carl叔 #王雙駿 監製，並請來 #周耀輝 作詞。

Remy稱因為當時未遇上一首完全符合自己心意的Demo，故大膽向經理人花姐提出嘗試自己作曲，直至一日洗澡期間，忽然靈光一閃，下定決心要自己作曲。Remy稱：「NaNa咁啱行到我附近，我就望住，寫出呢首《#TieMeNow》，所以好大程度要歸功於NaNa呢！」
