Really productive week at the #gym. Started using the new #Workouts app from #JeffNippard. I like the capability to plot out progressive overload in exercise sets over the course of the training program. It could really use a web site, though, instead of being app-only.

Switching from #OrangeTheory to a regular gym to have access to a more complete strength workout. I'm using #Hevy app to track my routines, which I'm getting from #JeffNippard over on the YouTube. Anybody here also using Hevy?
First week done, and I'm feeling pretty good. The app gives a lot of summary data for muscle groups and exercises. It's interesting how different some of the exercises are with a barbell instead of dumbbells.
