The way I think of it (and try to explain it)is that there are people who identify as Palestinian Jews and Arab Jews; that they do exist. But Kanye West also exists and that doesn't make it any less ridiculous to talk about "Black Nazis" as though they are anything more than a barely-more-than-theoretical concept.

For the most part, you have Mizrahi and Sephardic Jews, and a smattering of those who self-identify as a specific region: Kurdish Jews, Yemeni, Moroccan, Mexican, Ethiopian, Iraqi, etc, and that any one of those irregular self-descriptors contains more people than identify as Arab Jew or Palestinian Jew, and should be known and understood in the same sense as those: "Jews, like any human, contain multitudes".
