Das Magazin zeigt, wie Flegmon für den Tourismus wirbt und Sehenswürdigkeiten, Unterkünfte sowie traditionelles Kunsthandwerk der Präfektur präsentiert.

Am 29. und 30. Mai 2026 feierten die Taiko Concert Nights in Düsseldorf ihr 10-jähriges Jubiläum. Das vom Taiko-Fachhändler Kaiser Drums veranstaltete Musikevent hat eine treue Fangemeinde und natürlich waren auch wir von Sumikai bei der Jubiläumsausgabe mit dabei. #Japa

An additional Karamala Technique, that I learned from my Guruji's gurukul. This one incorporates two different movements for each hand and is an excellent brain exercise too. Takes a bit of practice and Ive found that this is extremely helpful to stay focused on the devata while we chant.
