So honestly, I'm not sure about finishing #Janoiry2026 .

I convinced myself that I have to weave the remaining prompts into the rest of the story I've made, and the one I have in mind doesn't fit the remaining prompts.

My entry for "Charm" has no apparent connection to the other five that I made, but whatever.

I'm just not in the mood to sit with my iPad or at my Huion screen and hash out anything for "Crooked", "Stain", "Reckoning", or "Last Kiss".

Getting this one started was a chore, but I've -- more or less -- finished it just a day late.

There's 1 spare day in January, if we're counting each prompt as a 3-day affair, so this will be my 4-day prompt.
