After five months of knocking on doors and talking to thousands of people, it is polling day. Thank you to my campaign team, to the people who volunteered to canvass for me, to everyone who has opened their door to me, for all the kind messages of support, for donations, for postering.
I know we’ve put everything into this campaign, and today, I’m asking you in Dublin Central, to vote for a better future, to vote for the Dublin we deserve.
Janet for the planet isn’t just a fun rhyme, it’s what I’m fighting for. A clean planet earth that we leave behind for the next generation, that is sustainable, that has clean water and clean air, that is equal and fair.
A vote for me tomorrow is a vote for the future.

Care isn’t something I put into my campaign as a buzz word. It’s something we are fundamentally not getting right in Ireland, and it affects everyone, at every stage of life.
We need to push for better standards of care in health, in education, in our homeless services, for carers and people who receive care.

Construction starting in the Fruit and Veg markets are a sign of progress and I’m really proud to have been part of making that happen. We need to go further though to tackle the scourge of vacancy and dereliction. It shouldn’t be this slow of a process.

I get the appeal in sending a protest candidate to the Dáil, but we need positive change for Dublin Central. We don’t need more of the same, we don’t need someone with no policies, no plans, no vision.
