With 15 chapters to go, I can already say that #JadeLegacy will - for me(!) - conclude one of the greatest #fantasy series! Sometimes patience pays off, the unique, moving #thriller of supernatural, criminal #MartialArtists proves that this fundamentally backward-looking genre can still innovate.

As I said, #FondaLee takes a while to build momentum in the first two volumes. In #JadeLegacy, she finally lets her hellhounds right off the leash. Her #GreenBone saga just catapulted onto my list of favorite #fantasy #books next to Martin’s #ASoIaF 1-3. I still have half a book to go, my gosh!

Holy shit, #JadeLegacy is escalating on (almost) all levels. Damn, didn’t expect it „so early“.

#JadeLegacy starts like #JadeWar ended, a punch to the face! I don't know, but I have little hope that the story will end well. No series has gripped me like this for a long time! Back then, #ASoIaF / #GoT? As I said, I don't know of anything comparable in the #fantasy genre. #booksky #thriller
