With 15 chapters to go, I can already say that #JadeLegacy will - for me(!) - conclude one of the greatest #fantasy series! Sometimes patience pays off, the unique, moving #thriller of supernatural, criminal #MartialArtists proves that this fundamentally backward-looking genre can still innovate.

As I said, #FondaLee takes a while to build momentum in the first two volumes. In #JadeLegacy, she finally lets her hellhounds right off the leash. Her #GreenBone saga just catapulted onto my list of favorite #fantasy #books next to Martin’s #ASoIaF 1-3. I still have half a book to go, my gosh!

#FondaLee takes a while to build momentum in #JadeWar too, but then ..! My goodness, what a second half and "resolution". I will definitely continue, next stop: #JadeLegacy No idea why no one is making this unique series into a movie. #Sopranos meets #GoT meets #KungFuHustle? Ok, not so funny…

Ils vont vite chez De Saxus (pas que je me plains).
Si je me souviens bien des retours anglais, les gens semblaient dire que cette trilogie se terminait de façon assez mémorable et exceptionnelle.
Si je me débrouille bien j'aurais finis le T2 pile poil pour cette sortie du T3 (c'était pas la bonne ambiance là tout de suite - la vrai vie était trop déprimante pour ça)

#JadeLegacy: A fantastic conclusion to an amazing trilogy. Fonda Lee has a great skill for creating an overarching narrative, drawing so many plotlines together in a satisfying manner.
It is honestly surprising how well developed so many of the more minor characters ended up being despite having so few POV chapters.
Hilo, Anden, Shae and Wen made wonderful core cast, their relationships with each other and the rest of the cast brought the series to life.

#JadeLegacy: A fantastic conclusion to an amazing trilogy. Fonda Lee has a great skill for creating an overarching narrative, drawing so many plotlines together in a satisfying manner.
It is honestly surprising how well developed so many of the more minor characters ended up being despite having so few POV chapters.
Hilo, Anden, Shae and Wen made wonderful core cast, their relationships with each other and the rest of the cast brought the series to life.
