#JacquesVallée and many others have noted that UAP and #NHI have been around a good long while...long enough to have become part of the woodwork, so to speak. Our minds are blown coming to terms with the notion that team Interstellar found us before we found them. But the notion that they pre date us isn't just speculation. Its' pretty much a requirement given the #Universe we live in. We should contemplate the word #Ancient . Respect would also be a good idea -

He indicates that substantially funded project was not completed - the point being that considering the work amassed it should be completed or at least included in current efforts to centralize data. #Congress and… -
