I have honestly no clue on why JK Rowling is wasting her time, money, energy and reputation on the fight against trans-people.

Just throwing this out there for the folks who rightly want nothing to do with the new #HarryPotter that’s coming in December or really anything that #JKRowling has touched. “Dead End: Paranormal Park” on Netflix is a fantastic show, has multiple #trans main characters, multiple non-straight main characters, an #ActuallyAutistic main character who is actually portrayed well and not just as the target of every Autistic trope you can throw at them. They have a brilliantly done episode that shows the kind of harm that dead naming inflicts. It’s just really well written and well executed. The only thing that I dislike is that it got canceled before they got to finish the story. Anyway, go watch it, it’s pretty great.

I honestly can't tell #AliceWeidel apart from #JKRowling .
As a Second Wave feminist, some of us saw the racism and the strictly gendered homophobia then, within our own movement, but fought to combat the thinking that justified it. I am ashamed of both women, they are hatred and othering powerful and personified.
But they are not all of us, and we can never enable either of them.
