I'm writing a short talk about recent #astrophysics results from #IXPE, the #NASA Imaging X-ray Polarimetry Explorer, and needed a picture of the telescope for the title slide. I stumbled on 3D files that NASA has published, and rather clumsily tried to print them with my 3D printer.
The result is flimsy, glued together, and entirely the wrong colours, but it's *mine*:
