Oliver Laughland and Tom Silverstone track down the Maga Republican Rhett Marques who is looking to unseat Democratic incumbent Shomari Figures but won’t answer questions about redistricting. Meanwhile, lower-income residents in rural parts of the district are still fighting for basic sanitation rights after Donald Trump ended federal assistance, which the administration described as 'illegal DEI'.
