    I'm getting older 👴 and recently was prescribed bifocals 👓 . I was then modifying some legacy code using 2-char indentation. Looking at a full page of code, the code at the bottom "curved inward" ("progressive" lenses) and it took a disturbing amount of extra effort to determine which level of indentation I was in.

    I did not have this issue 8-char indented code, or even 4-char. 2-char is just too damn little to make it obvious.
