Ich mag mein Bild. Wahrscheinlich, weil es so simpel und doch so mächtig ist. Ich konnte es jetzt schon in drei Gesprächen gut nutzen um meinen Punkt zu machen. Nicht über #Agile reden, im Zweifel das Wort gar nicht benutzen. Iterate - Feedback. Diese Loop muss (unter Erhaltung von Qualität, Security, etc.) so schnell wie möglich sein. Es ist unglaublich, was man da alles ableiten kann. Links: CI/CD, TDD, Architektur, ... Rechts: Feedback Tool, Usability Lab, ...

In the before days, I'd have had this printed out billboard-sized – at least A0.

That way you can poke it with sticks, and stick things on it, scribble over it, add marginalia. Draw a moustache, whatever.

@geerlingguy any idea on pi6 milestones - if they could come out with a great pi6 chip I think it would really help overall perception of pi foundation - rock pi may cost more but you get better performance - the value is close to parity and new radxa sbc/soc look to be decent...and cheap #iterate #ramp #wafer contracts

Creatives (including game developers) and engineers (including software developers) agree: get a minimal rough draft out there ASAP, then iterate.

The difference is in how stable each iteration has to be. This is what makes video game development so much harder than tabletop: changing a design idea is really expensive.

Made a oneoff watch stand in full walnut that I thought might be the “final.”

Looks great, works great, but has one potentially fatal flaw…

Nightstand mode doesn’t activate horizontally at this angle. I really like this angle for ease of use, but having to read the time sideways is a dealbreaker.

Time to up the angle!
