@eheisman @kc2ihx I agree with most of what you have said--as a former member of #ARES #RACES #SKYWARN & #CERT in #princegeorgescounty #maryland I have found that the Information Technology #Disaster Resource Center #itdrc has a more up-to-date and relevant model. But of course, there should be #MOUs in place with the more traditional #disasterRecovery groups https://www.itdrc.org/
