The Playgirls and the Vampire (1962). A bevy of beautiful showgirls stranded when their bus breaks down, they take shelter in a gothic castle and of course the castle belongs to a vampire. Silly goofy Italian gothic horror fun. You'll needs lots of popcorn.

Bruno Mattei’s Shocking Dark (AKA Terminator II, 1989) manages to be a rip-off Aliens, Terminator and Alien. It's not so much an homage as grand larceny. Which is fine by me. I love these Italian rip-off movies and this one is great fun.

Naked Girl Murdered in the Park (1972) certainly has a title that will get your attention. It also suggests you’re about to see a giallo. It is, sort of. It's crazy enough to be a giallo.

In fact it's an Alfonso Brescia movie. He made some of the most gloriously insane movies of all time. This is one of his less crazy efforts but it's pretty enjoyable.

Directed by Pietro Francisci, 2+5: Missione Hydra is a crazy 1966 Italian sci-fi film, retitled in English as Star Pilot.

It's a kind of alien invasion movie, but the intentions of the aliens are unclear. There's a a beautiful, possibly evil, alien space babe.

The film is cheap but stylish and despite its poor reputation I loved it.
