This week's #ThursDeath is EP 'Voidspawn Sacrifice' from last year by northern Italy's IGNOBLETH. This is death with dynamics, it has both faster and sloggy parts, and it also has some black metal touches (kinda war metal). And these guys are doing it well. The band members are super young, in their teens (16 and 17 as of last year), and already making amazing shit like this. Hope they keep it up. These three songs (plus a short-ish intro track that isn't too bad) are great.

#NowPlaying SACRI SUONI are from Milan, Italy and they churn out some heavy, crushing fuzzed out stoner doom riffs. Mentioned this to @nic the other day, but any fan of Sabbath or High on Fire (sans vocals) or anything else like that will dig. This is their debut full length from 2019, and they have a new one coming in January.

Since @HailsandAles alerted me to Salerno, Italy slow drone-doom project NIGHTSCAPE's new EP last week, I noticed the project also has a self-titled LP from earlier this year. And just like the EP, it's EXCELLENT. DAMN, am I a fan of drone-doom like this. FFO Black Sky Giant, Pelican, etc.

For this week's #ThursDeath, the 'Amorphous Mass' EP from 2019 by Italy's SEPOLCRO. A truly great EP - I was noticing the lyrics on this one, they're killer. This record crawls and lurches and summons great ancient ones in just 20 minutes total. It's a really good time.
