So OK, as we predicted, a special investigation team will have to be assembled and a special prosecutor will have to be appointed if we're to get an independent investigation.

Due to inability to overturn preliminary injunction against marching to presidents office, plans have changed.

Assemble in front of North Gate of Korean War Memorial at 3pm, march to City Hall / Sungnyemun Gate (usual location) for #itaewon memorial service at 4:30pm and main event at 5pm.
