It seems every time we have the slightest chance to effect change in spite of currently being the minority party some Democrat votes against the tide for 'reasons'. I have no proof or evidence, however I am convinced that reason is corporate money in politics. I feel under represented by the US federal government. The vote could have gone the other way!
