@rupdecat based on the talks and posters at #ISMBECCB2025 recently, there are plenty of Computational Biology folk at the very optimistic end of the spectrum ~ and beyond? I am rather skeptical outside controlled niche applications 🤷

I guess they have practiced the talk to timed slide auto-advancement - doing it well!

Wow - David Baker saying at #ISMBECCB2025 that this keynote is a video call as he has a no-travel policy. He spends most of his time at work talking to people. "Collaborations are what makes science fun."

Finally got to see the back of the Liverpool ACC auditorium spun round at it is reconfigured for max capacity - time for the #ISMBECCB2025 closing keynote!
