ISIS repeat their acceptance of responsibility for the attack and give more details.

Apparently the plan was that the attackers would stay at Crocus City Hall and confront arriving security forces.

The attackers changed plan and left before security forces arrived - ISIS claim this was because of problems with their weapons - I don’t know how credible that is ?

#UnitedStates ofcls confirmed the #ISIS claim

The #US collected #intelligence in March that Islamic State-#Khorasan, known as #ISISK, the branch of the group based in #Afghanistan, had been planning an attack on #Moscow, acc/to ofcls. ISIS members have been active in #Russia, one US ofcl said.
