We can be sure that the nationalisation of British Steel will see a dispute with its erstwhile Chinese owners of the loss making operation.... indeed rumblings are already appearing.

Indeed, we can expect a claim for losses (both real & potential) based on the UK-China bilateral investment treaty, and using Investor State Dispute Settlement.
