Interestingly they have a hard experience requirement for their certifications even after you pass the exam, but you get 5 years after passing to apply and meet the requirements. @mormaid Ah, got it. Yeah, #ISC2 does qualify the type of courses/seminars/webinars you can attend to qualify for #CPEs towards maintaining the cert. They have a detailed list of what "topics" count, and in what manner. I get it - it's an elite cert that touts a specific skill set in #security. How many CPEs something is worth depends on the length #AFAIK. Sounds like ISC2 does it a bit different, and maybe more restrictively than #ISACA. Thanks for the interesting convo! 😁 👊
