IronNet, a cybersecurity startup founded by a former NSA director, has ceased operations and laid off its staff, leading to Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The company, which aimed to defend against cyber threats and protect critical infrastructure, struggled to gain traction after going public in 2021. Despite raising over $400 million in funding, it couldn't recover.
