Joining in with a little #IronmanWales spectating and a drink before lunch as the bikes come through the village.

It's quite funny listening to some supporters of the #IronmanWales event as the cyclists pass through our village. They're shouting general words of encouragement followed by a random name: "Come on, Matt!", "Let's go, Jim!", "Go on, Jane!"
Every now and then they cheer as they seemingly get the name right.
