  2. @strangeseawolf @IsobelLynn

I accepted your antifascism Rx for Irish-ish coffee. This is from the novel I wrote in March.

She read the summary. "'Re-education?' Wow, what a loaded word. Some fascist Decath patriarch was reading his copy of Raymond's uncensored library—and got the idea why the 2025-oligarchs banned most books that contradicted them, huh?"

Aiming for that banned book list, am I.

    Edit: Wow that's good!

  3. Fuck yeah, got the mix right on the chantilly this time! It's no longer too thick! 😁😋

This Irish Coffee is the bomb. Wonderfully slurpable soup of chantilly on top. Demerara sugar as the main sweetener of the coffee itself. (I also threw in some Torani hazelnut syrup this time, just for fun.) Loads of Tullamore Dew.

All in all, it's a beautiful combination of caffeine and alcohol to excite and disinhibit my brain for writing. Sláinte!

    🇮🇪☕😋

  4. I think when I make Irish Coffee, I still need to stop whipping the cream a little earlier. It's no longer getting close to butter, but it's still a little more solid than I think it needs to be.

It's *good*, don't get me wrong! But I think if I left it a little more liquid, it'd be easier to spoon onto the top of the drink — and slurp off of it!

    🇮🇪☕😋

  5. Doing a #Hemingway for #saintpatricksday, making a homemade Irish coffee. Mind you, it's made with scotch instead of Irish whiskey because apparently I'm out of thelatter. Also Oat milk because I'm lactose intolerant. Still tasty. Still writing, evidence this post, evidence the Hemingway reference
