French defence has been superb. Awful ref decisions aside, this has turned into a disaster for Ireland and it shoulda, woulda, coulda been different. Great pity. And the atmosphere on Lansdowne doesn't help. #IREvFRA #M6Nations

That is one of the worst reffing decisions I've ever seen. Apparently it's ok to take players out off the ball and then score off it. Nice to know. #IREvFRA #M6Nations

Winding up the first half with Prendergast lining up for a looooong shot at goal to close the gap before we walk off the pitch.
And it's good, Ireland 6, France 8 at the half.
Wow, what a half. Is it fair to say Ireland were a little less creative than they might be? And a second half for #LesBleus sans talismanic Dupont, how much does that impact them away from home?
Overall I give France the first half, by a bit more than the scoreline shows.
