It's really hot and crazy to cook inside. But I have no food so decided to make cucu-sibzamini (potato pancakes as my daughter used to call them).
Added some Gari to it to make it heavier.
3 large potatoes
6 eggs
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Turmeric
Gari (dried yam)Will have enough for 4-5 sandwiches in the coming days
